I bought a pregnant cherry today and now I see baby shrimps swimming about.
I'm making some baby brine shrimp now because I figure they're great for all fishes and bite size too
I currently feed all the shrimps omega one flakes, hikari wafers, occasional spinich, and frozen blood worms
Coming in next week in the mail will be crab cuisine and shrimp pellets
Its so exciting seeing freshly born babies
Don't try to feed them anything. You will most likely just pollute the water or feed them too much (too much protein probably) and a lot of them will die. If your tank is not sterile, they will find enough food by themselves.
Also...all that "crab cuisine" or "shrimp pellets" are unecessary...feedings of normal flake food once in a while (i.e. maybe once a week) will be fine.
