forgot to turn of light

i forgot to turn off my light and its been on for 22hrs straight and this is the usual about the usual time i turn it back on if i hadn't forgot to turn it off 10 or so hrs ago. Should I keep it on for the next 12 hrs like i usually would or turn it off completely? what should i do i don't want to confuse my shrimp and freak out.
