Cherry shrimp.

I have bought some Cherry shrimps & i need some info. about them. I have a sponge filter & i would like to know the ideal temperature for them.

Is a sand substrate good for them?.

The tanks is quite small 40cm long x 20cm wide x 16cm high. How many can i put in this tank?.

I also have some Java moss, but what can i add, so they'll feel comfortable?. Are almond leaves good for them?.
