worm-like devils in my shrimp tank

I have some worm-like devils in my shrimp tank, long thin and red, and I will grab the scrolls themselves perfectly to a small lump. see Picture

What is it and how do I get them for life

I can't even recognize where the head and the tail is...do you have any other pictures? It could be some sort of leech or some type of flatworm.
