My blue rili do not show much of its blue color, it has something with the light color to do? The red color is very nice

If you can post pictures we could maybe tell you if you even have blue rilis. Blue rilis from commercial sources produce all kinds of offspring, most of them aren't even blue. You have been sold some of those non-blue offspring, or your shrimp are stressed for some reason.
