any sugestions would be nice.

You basically want everything to be zero, especially ammonia and nitrites. Nitrates can be a little above zero but any visible ammonia and your tank is not ready for shrimp.
If it's a new tank I'd let it just sit there a couple months and make sure some algae is growing. Some plants and moss are good but as Mustafa put it, remember it's a shrimp tank with plants not the other way around.
