I have a heavily planted tank with ramshorn snails and ghost shrimp. I noticed this one is darker and less active than the others, is this really a ghost or something else ? He/She has a dark stripe down the middle of the back and some dark spots, it's really pretty I just don't know what species ...

It looks like a wild form of Neocaridina.
