Worm cap
hi new to the forum so I have an electric blue crayfish that has a single long white worm attached to his head and it just wiggles around all day I found some things that say they can have beneficial worms but this doesn’t look like the pictures I found of that I’ll attach a picture below .

That’s a nice photo of a group of worms called branciobdellids (Branchiobdellida). They are closely related to earthworms and leeches, all of which are members of the Class Clitellata (Phylum Annelida - the segmented worms). Branciobdellids live commensally on crayfish and are harmless.
