Do flippers grow back?

Hi all! I was wondering if Opae Ula had the ability to regenerate their flippers. I recently received my Opae Ula and I've had them in a temporary holding tank, and I soon realized that one of them was missing its left uropods (or flippers). I tried getting a good picture, but they sure do swim fast! I have a picture of the poor fella below.

They will probably come back with his next molt. He should do fine without them though
