RCS Boucning Eggs?

Post by jonathan03 »

I'm just wondering if its normal for RCS to be boucning the eggs around isnide of them? The one RCS I have is carry eggs and keeps kicking its back feet while eating and the eggs bounce all over inside her. Just wondering if this is ok.

It's normal. That's just how shrimp aerate the eggs. As the eggs move around, fresh water with more oxygen streams in between the eggs and surrounds them. The eggs are permeable, so it's important for the development of the larvae that they get enough oxygen. :smt045
