The other day I was catching some Supershrimp, and removing some excess algae from the tank (not Mustafa’s macroalgae). There were quite a few floating larvae in the tank, so filmed them following the light from one side of the tank to the other.

Typically, once the larvae leave the mother, they are in the free-floating stage for about 2 weeks, more or less. After that, they molt and look and act a lot like tiny, pale/mostly transparent adults.
What kind of lighting do you have? I am surprised you haven’t seen the larvae if the mother has already released them. Hopefully they are ok. The larval stage is fairly vulnerable…the adults won’t harm them or anything like that, but sometimes the environmental conditions are favorable enough for the eggs and larvae to be produced, but not optimal for the larvae to develop into juvenile shrimp. I hope that is not the case in your situation.
If they are in the free-floating stage and you have lighting from above, they will be easy to locate. If you just have ambient lighting, they might be a bit more difficult to locate, but you can look for the brightest spot in the tank, if there is one.
I hope you are able to locate the wee shrimplets, and best of luck with that next batch of babies as well!
