The last thing i added was the java moss and red cherries to my 2 tanks (20 gal and 2 gal), and now i am starting to see snails develop... I figure they hitched a ride in the java moss, but i didnt see any when i rinsed it out, possibly eggs?
Should I get rid of them? They're ok i guess, i dont care if theyre there or not but i dont want them to over run my tanks. They seem fine, they dont hurt the java moss...
Advice?
I got snails with either my java moss or my red cherries.

I don't mind little pond snails myself. And haven't had problems with them over running my tanks. If tanks are fed too heavily, they may over produce though. Some people just don't like them (the way I don't like worms) but if you don't mind them, I wouldn't think they're cause for concern. To some extent, they can help clean the glass.
The same thing happened to me and I had a snail population explosion in my tanks. I had to physically remove them on a daily basis and I would pull out egg clusters as I found them on my plants and glass.
It's nearly impossible to get them all out without the use of shrimp-killing chemicals. I would suggest you reduce your feedings to control the snail population and try to mechancially remove as many as you can find.
