How big are the shrimps? If they remain small, they may not get enough food. It is unlikely you get all male shrimps. But if you can post a photo...
A while ago I was in another thread and someone claimed his/her one month or so old cherry shrimps pregnant. I thought cherry reds need at least 3 months to mature and I did not believe that. But now I think it is not only possible but it is true.
I started cherry reds in mid april. I got the first batch of baby shrimps in early May (eggs take 17-18 days to hatch at 77-78 degree F). I started a new 20gal tank to raise new born babies (in late May, I started another 20 gal for babies born after that).
Most cherry reds in my first baby tank are 3/4" or a bit larger. I had moved 2 pregnant shrimps last night from this tank to my hatch tank (I see some male shrimps are swimming/dancing around now -- sign of female or females are ready to mate). So it takes about a month and half for cherry red shrimps to grow up and mature (when there is plenty of food. the baby tanks are set to 78 degree) when the environment is ok.
I do feed them a lot. Be precise, I feed each shrimp tanks twice a day. I do have a lot of snails in the tanks. I mean A LOT. Hundreds or even a few thousands in each 20 gal tank. This snails help to finish the food (flakes prilarily. sometimes vegitable leaves, frozen brineshrimps, frozen red worms, etc.) in 1-2 hours.
Although cherry red breed fast ... snails are breeding even faster in light speed.
By the way, I do remove some snails daily -- from some to a few hundreds. But there are more snails hidden in moss, plants, and rocks, that keep on reproducing ... more snails.

First of all, it's only been about 2 months since you received the shrimp so I have no idea where the 6 months are coming from. I have records of the purchase here, so I should know.
Second, you can't always be there to witness a molting.
Third, there must be something wrong with their environment for them not to color up or grow considerably.
Fourth, TDK is right in saying that this belong into an email or a private message and not on the forum...so next time I'll have to delete it.
