are dandelion greens dandelion leaves? Those plants with the fluffly seed thingys?

Do you have any other fauna in the tank at all? Are you absolutely sure it is shrimp larva, it may be microorganisms. It seems odd for a shrimp to have babies alone, especially if you've never seen it carrying eggs

It's bad to have ANY ammonia. Shrimp are especially sensitive. You may want to add some plants to see if they will absorb some ammonia to keep it down. Make sure all tanks are COMPLETELY cycled before adding any invertabrates

I believe Diamond shrimp and bee shrimp are the same species, I'm not exactly sure but from what I see and read they are the same
