I smuggled a Turtle once from POLAND too. I put it in the camera case and wore it around my neck. :-D

You can always send them to yourself though the post office via Express Mail if you are a coward smuggling them.

Most algae discs are less than 10% algae. I don't really know why they named them "algae discs" but most of the ingredients are meats/fish etc.

How many times a year will a cherry female have babies?

Hi,

I never really got an accurate answer so I've been pondering this question for a while. If the water conditions, food supply and temperature are perfect, how many clutches will she carry in one year?

The articles doesn't answer directly whether or not they can be kept with cherry shrimplets. I assume that if they don't bother their own babies when they have sufficient food, they would also leave the shrimp alone, but does anyone know if that's true? My tap water shoots out gh of 8. Should I bring it higher?

Here are the numbers....do they look OK? I don't think my tank is fully cycled yet....? This is solely a shrimp tank so no ferts are added. Each test was done three times to eliminate error and the final value is the average: GH (tank) – 12, 12, 12 = 12 pH – 7.2, 7.2, 7.2 = 7.2 Ammonia –.25, .5, .25...
