dont believe there are
most pathogens are speifically adapted to do a job in a particular type of host tissue

some of the bacteria involved in shell disease sound like they would cause fin rot/mouth fungus/body ulcer type situations

most viral, protozoan diseases are species specific

unless biospira has an expiry date on and is used well before this and in a darkend tank then personally i dont think it will work denitryfing bacteria can not live in a sealed container with no food and no oxygen for an indefinite period if they are dead sporulated bacteria then they will not cycle...
