MACROALGAE

Hi!
I just put in a fresh Petshrimp macroalgae. Should I remove this other pale green one? Is it dead?

When I first got my tank I had a few algae do that that and they never came back so I removed them after a while because I didn't like the way they look. I think your light might be too bright, I had a light like that at first and it kept killing the algae.
